Help! currently bought the car listed above used and everything was fine the only thing we did have to replace were the motor mounts. my car does shake a bit when parked and on or when I wait at a stop light or just sitting. then today I was driving to work and the check engine light started to blink on and off while driving and parked. it does make a squeaking noise when I am driving but not loud, like if you were jumping on a bed up and down and you could here the springs. I haven not taken it in considering it just happened but if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate all the help I can get.
Thanks

So I went and got a diagnostic and it is saying a misfire in cylinder one (P0301). I am going to go buy new spark plugs and wires tonight to see if that is going to fix it, but my other concern is the squeaking that is going on when I am accelerating. could that be because of the misfire or another problem? it sounds kind of loud almost like a belt is loose or coming off. Any suggestions ?

The spark plugs are the best suspect, so that is the place to start. Squeaks are hard to diagnose when we cannot hear them. Two things that come to mind are a noisy spring-loaded exhaust donut, and a ball joint. Exhaust donuts squeak when the engine rocks. You can verify that by standing still and shifting between "reverse" and "drive". You may get a ball joint to squeak by bouncing the front corner of the car. The best approach for that is to have the steering and suspension systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. The people there are experts at finding the causes of noises, vibrations, and bad tire wear.
