I've got an oil light that still comes on after changing sending unit and a reply said an engine bearing could be replaced without pulling the engine. The car has 221000 miles on it, still runs good but I dont wan't to tie up a lot of money in it.

You have to remove engine to replace engine bearings that would effect oil pressure. So your looking at a rebuild

Have oil pressure checked with mechanical gague see what psi is
