2003 Dodge Caravan

I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan 2wd. Recently the ac/heater has been acting up. The blower works sometimes but no air is coming out. When the Ac is on the blower will come on after a while, or when we are traveling over 40. The heaterblows low air but the car has to be moving. Is this a relay issue. And where is the relay switch.

It sounds like the blower motor is bad. Start by checking to see if there is power to the blower motor. If there is, replace the motor. If there is no power, then work backwards to the resister, relay, switch, fuse.
