Trouble shooting P1500 starter cignal circuit.

P1500, my car difficult to engine starting. This situation if weather 20celcius cool and rain. If normal weather 30degree Celcius. My car no problem starter.



i have been change new accu ready 13, 8 volt, 4pcs spark
i try : push and run to my car in first gear. My car is easy starting.

how to fix?
