2003 Chevrolet Silverado help DTC code 1518 Chevy 2500 6.0

Im stuck im a mechanic, and can do most things, my truck is throwing a p1518 code, pcm-tac module serial data, but does it when it wants to sometimes I can drive all day sometimes I can drive a mile, someone please help changed the app sensor, changed the g103, g104 ground wires, tried a tps, and a tac module please someone help im about to go crazy also has a brand new battery.

That code is a communication issue between the TAC and the PCM and could very well be a wiring problem.

What do I need to check I did the wiggle test I did the 5 volt reference test and have 4.93, new 02 and knock sensors, just tell me what to check

This is going to be a problem with the serial data wires between the TAC module and the PCM

They are on pin # 12 0rg/blk and pin # 13 Dk bl/wht
The TAC module is on the firewall, on the driver's side.

They go to pins # 14 and 15 of the PCM connector C1
