Vacum leak around mass air sensor boot to intake

Vacum leak around mass air sensor boot to intake. Poured water around boot and car ran better. Could this be the only problem and how hard is it to change.

It could be the only problem, but I would not depend on the water test. Get a piece of thread and drag it past connection where the MAF meets the connection and see if it gets sucked towards it. If it does then fixing it will certainly at least help it run better.
