I changed the throttle body in my CTS two times but it doesn't live more than six months.
Could you help me please why it dosen't live?
Is there any other part like a harness that should me changed with the throttle? And does the charcoal canister or the oxygen sensors when there are defecred cause this problem?
Regards

Why did you change it in the first place? What does it do. Scan for codes and check fuelpressure first.

I changed it because the throttle position sensor was defected as the technician of the GM dealer in Lebanon told me.
While I am driving the engine suddenly turns off and the vehicle give "reduced engine power" and the traction control light turns on.
Today my scanner gave these codes:

P1779
P1795

P0036
P0056
P0141
P0161

With that many codes check for a bad battery, check condition and load test. You should really have apro look at this, it doesn't need to be a dealer, but both of your O2 sensors behind the converter aren't reading right and could be bad or a poor connection. The other two are transmission codes but cold be caused by poor running engine or a bad trans control module. But apro should look at this as he can do stuff you can't with ahome scanner tool.

I am so sorry but it seems you don't understand me.
My pb isn't with the O2 sensors because they are defected since 2008.
My pb is with the throttle body and why it doesn't live more than six months when I change it even it is the autentic bosch from the GM dealer.
I would like to know if I have a mistake in the replacement or if there is an other wrong, which defects the throttle.
Regards and sorry for disturbing.

Did you ever think that because of the bad O2 sensor that it may be causing the problem? Reduced engine power and traction control can be an abs unit problem which if you have ahome scanner it won't pick those codes up so have a pro scanit.
