Do you have a check engine light On and last tune-up?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.

No I have no lights on at all. It just started about 2 weeks ago when I first noticed it. I was out of town and the car drove fine and then I came to stop sign and then when I proceded to take off it didn't want to go but after it came up to speed it was fine all the way home but when I leave in the mornings I let the car warm up and its fine but when I get off in the afternoons I let it warm up some then it happens again when I go to take off then its fine maybe i'm not letting it warm up in the afternoon but I was told I don't have to let it warm up not sure of the problem someone told me to change the ATF fluid not sure if thats correct or how to do this
