Hello. My handbrake does not seem to release 100% and I hear a noise from the rear brakes as I drive off. It lasts for a minute or so then goes away. Sometimes though I hear a faint squeek like a bird twitter in the distance as I drive, if I slightly apply the handbrake for a second it goes away. Brakes have been cleaned and checked but problem is still there. Also noticed the hanbrake shoes look very low from this constant wear.
