This will be the 3rd time I have to replace a wheel bearing in 3 years. How come?

Improper torquing/installation and quality of bearing used are the most common cause of short bearing lifespans.

Most likely you have a bent suspension component. You should take your car to a mechanic who knows how to check that or a body shop and they should be able to figure it out for you.
