Any codes?Have you checked your coolant temp sensor and connector yet? Also have you checked for vacuum Leaks? Also possibly a sticking idle air control valve.

O2 sensor right bank? You only have one bank on that engine. What are the exact code numbers not code descriptions.I would be checking the coolant temp sensor and connector with that ect low temp code that will throw off the idle.

When the car is ice cold and its the same temp as outside temp and you know the outside temp. There is a coolant temp sensor with two wires going to it a black wire and a yellow wire the sensor is screwed into the head right below where the upper radiator hose goes onto the head. Unplug the sensor and measure its resistance across the sensor. Also the inside of the connector going into it see if the terminals are silver and not blue or green if there blue or green you will have to replace the connector. Or you can just try replacing the sensor there only like 10 and inspecting the connectors and wires going to it.
