Clutch went to the floor. Starter engages, so I can start the car in gear. Not sure if it is the clutch or something else.

Will be replacing clutch with OEM clutch kit, but wanted to make sure it wasn't something else before I start. If you have instructions on how to, that would be great also!

Thanks,

Welcome to 2carpros.com

If the clutch went to the floor and you can not disengage the transmission, check for leaks at the clutch master cylinder, the hydraulic hose from the MC and the slave on the transmission. I attached two pics for you to see. The first shows the clutch master cylinder. It is mounted on the firewall under the hood and the top of the clutch pedal is mounted to it.

Pic 2 shows the set up. To the right is the MC, then the hose which runs to component 12 which is slave cylinder.

Check to make sure the reservoir is clean and full with fluid, and check to see if you can identify any leaks.

Let me know what you find.
