This morning when I started my car I started to drive and the power steering was working for about 25 degrees of rotation either way I checked the fluid while it was running and it looked normal just no movement like if the pump wasnt running I turned the wheel with a higher idle and the power came back any ideas?

You have fluid bypassing inside the rack and pion or a bad power steering pump. You will need a power steering pressure tester kit to tell which it is there pretty reasonable. Otherwise you will just be guessing.

You should have power steering cold or hot if it does it again then your going to have to do a pressure test.
