Why won't my car pass emission if the o2 sensor was replaced and the readiness keep failing after I put 345.9 miles on it

Did the light come back on?

Drive cycles are very specific way of driving a car to run the monitors. Your normal driving does not run the monitors no matter how much you drive it. Go to a shop and have them do the drive cycle for you.
