Emergency Release is either frozen or just stuck.

Truck's emergency break release is stuck, vehicle won't move. How do I fix this?

If it is the lever that is stuck, pull at lever to release the tension on the locking tabd and press at the release button repeatedly to try to free the lever.

If it is the cable that is seized, you woulld have to replace the cable and you might have to cut it to release the tension.
