They just quit working.

passenger side window will work, but no others. 2002 Lexus 430.Could it be a fuse?

doubt it very much. there is only 1 fuse to feed the master switch.
you need to check and see if the up and down commands are being sent from each switch to determine a power issue, wiring issue or bad motors.
