Headlight adjustment

Noticed that my 2002 xtype had the driver's headlight pointing up in the air and to the right. How can I adjust that, please?

Hello,

There are adjustment rubber plugs that must be removed before you need a long Phillips screwdriver. Here is a diagram of what you need.
