Rescan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge autoparts rent it. Check vacuum at idle on intake if 15" or below suspect plugged exhaust

I'm pretty sure it's a plugged exhaust is there any way to clean it without removing? Because there like two metal mesh covered conveyor looking things before the converter that looks like it's getting blacker every time I try to mess with my car like exhaust doesn't want to pass. I tried the trottle body nothing tps replaced how do I go about a plugged exhaust

Check vacuum then disconnect converter and see if it changes. For checking plugged exhaust was covered in first reply
