2002 Ford Windstar had code 171, 174, 113 and 306

Changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, and intake air temp sensor. Now code p0306 keeps coming back. Fuel psi is good, fuel inj. Good, swapped fuel inj. 306 comes back. Misses brake tourqe at 1500 rpms.

Check the coil packs, could be burn exhaust valve and compression on no.6 cyl

Compression 200 - 210 across the board coil pack checks out good.9 primary 10.8 secendary across the board.

Problem was intake bolt retainers craked. * Whats a good diagnostic scanner for around 1000.00 or less that can read codes, erase codes, read live data, misfire data, injector balance, turn inputs and outs on and off and obd1 and obd 2.
