My starter will not turn. The warning light "THEFT" flashes. It was stolen and got it back, but many things had been torn out, stereo, seats, speakers, lights. I put everything back together, now what? Thank you. Sandee Won

Have a pro scan it to see if the anti theft unit is working properly it may have something wrong with it. I am assuming you have tried to reset it already. It will bein your manual if you have it or call ford.

If you still have the original key and no keys were stolen the first place I would check is the transciever connector under the driver side dash right above where your shins would be and look for pulled out pins. Then get the codes for the PATS system retrieved, I've gotten lucky many times and found the pins pulled out of the connector from people tilting the wheel and having not enough slack in the harness. If not let me know what codes you get and I can help more.
