2002 Ford Escape replaced engine

Replaced engine, it will start and stay started but will not accelerate

My only advice would be to double check everthing you have done, make sure that all the sensors are plugged in, make sure there are no loose connections, unplugged connectors, loose or undone vacuum lines, ect. What was the reason for engine replacement?Did the old engine have any low power issues?
