Need to know which o2 sensor body tag I need for an 02 dodge durango with a 4.7

I'm not sure I understand the question. What do you mean by body tag? Also, if you have a bad sensor, the check engine light should be on. If you scan the computer (most parts stores do it for free), it will identify which sensor is the problem.
