After everything ive done is it really my PCM thats bad?

Car died changed spark plugs drained battery trying to start it never recharged pushed to mechanic replaced cam. Sensor check engine light still on ran for three days around town died again driving down highway replaced crank sensor battery and double checked gap on spark plugs still no firing but turning over now giving me code 0601 also during our inspection found some extra water in the intake? Please help single mom already put 145 not including gas to drive my sistrs car to work while we keep trying to tackle my car! Thank u so much no matter how this turns out!

It is most likely the PCM that is bad, but it could also be a problem in your wiring. You can get used PCM's on Ebay if that is how you want to go. Be sure that you have someone who knows how to diagnose these problems.
Extra water in the intake is not usually a good sign. It sometimes means that you have a bad intake manifold gasket and sometime means you have a bad head gasket.
