The trunk will not open with remote and I cannot.

The trunk will not open with remote and I cannot get the key to enter the key slot. I can hear the remote move the mechanism but it will not release. What is your suggestions.

Will the rear seat back fold down? Or can you remove it? Maybe you can gain access to the trunk, that way. There should be an emergency release handle, under side of trunk lid. That's all I can suggest.
