I have an 02 chevy malibu 3.1 liter and it shifts rough. I can start out in park, start it and put it in drive and it******. Now I just had the intake gasket repaired and new plugs and wires help

Take it back and see if the person who replaced the intake gaskets left something unplugged. If not take it to a trans pro and have him diagnose what's wrong. It may have a vacuum line disconnected.
