When applying brake I have a grinding sound and my brake pulsates and gets soft a little bit?

I have a grinding sound when I apply the brake. I changed the pads and the calipers and still does this I cant seem to figure out what it is exactly?

MAYBE YOUR ROTORS ARE WARPED/ GROOVED, NEED TURNING OR REPLACING

IS IT ALL RE-ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY?

INVESTIGATE POSSIBLE WORN OUT WHEEL BEARING

WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER BRAKES. DID YOU DO BOTH ENDS?

I have inspected the brakes. I will replace the rotors and try that out they didn't seem to be in bad shape though. How would I inspect the wheel bearing and tell if it's going bad or not?
