Is the security light flashing? If so perform security relearn procedure as follows.

1. Put security system in a 30 minute relearn by using a Master key (key with the Black head) turn the ignition on and leave on until the security light goes out (normally about 10 minutes).

2. Turn the key Off for at least 10 seconds.

3. Repeat steps 2 and 3 two more times for a total of just over 30 minutes. On the 4th key cycle it should start

Is the security light flashing or on? I would retry and make sure to follow these steps exactly, let me know if the security light is flashing, also recheck your new battery connections.

Ok your going to have to get access to a factory compatible scan tool and folloe these steps,

1. Verify that the security lamp is OFF when attempting to start.

2. Verify that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) parameter "PCM / VCM in VTD Fail Enable" indicates NO.

3. If YES, this indicates a problem with the theft deterrent system.

4. If NO, check that the Starter Relay clicks in the Underhood Bussed Electrical Center (UBEC) while moving the key cylinder to CRANK.

5. If the relay clicks, but no starter engagement, then check the battery, battery cables, and engine ground cable, if nothing found test starter for power, and power on start wire.
