P0420 code twice, need help!

I have a 2001 toyota camry with 170,600 miles has P0420 code that came on twice. What could be the problem and what needs to be replaced?

Cat coverter failure. You should replace it with either an oem converter or a bosal. The other aftermarkets do not have enough precious metals to keep the light out.
