I am getting coolant out of the exhaust pipe

Why would be coolant be coming out of my tailpipe an fill engine with it the timing chain was replaced the car started fine. The engine had to be replaced in the car. The car started and ran fine coolant came out of the exhaust pipe and filled the engine replacement engine has 107,000 miles on it the timing chain was replaced it was done properly the water pump thermostat also replace what is wrong with this engine? The engine is the 1.9 liter dual overhead cam.

Was the head removed? The problem may be a damaged head gasket during installation, or coolant entering the inlet manifold, is there coolant in only 1 cyl or are all affected?

The head was not removed intake had been replaced
