Check the cooling system it maybe low. Check the reserve tanks, they may have coolant

THE LIGHT IS ON COLD AND TURNS OFF WHEN IT WARMS UP. IS THIS WHAT YOUR SAYING? A LOW SYSTEM CAN CAUSE THIS YOU'LL NEED TO CK. THE COOL, ANT LEVEL. THEN IF IT'S OK YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE COOLANT TEMP. SENSOR IT'S MOUNTED NEAR THE THERMOSTATE HOUSING.

The coolant light is only on when the car is cold. Car has plenty of coolant in the reserve tank. It just had an oil change and fluids check right before Christmas. I will take to my garage to find out what is going on with the coolant light.
