car started losing power then would get it back 60 seconds later ,the dash lights(all)flash and flicker and now it wont start

Have the battery charged and tested then see if it will start and get a volt meter and see what the battery voltage is at idle at the battery?Sounds like your alternator may have gone bad.Does the starter crank over normally?
