Replaced computer because

I have a 2001 galant 4 cly. I replaced computer because 1- EGR System and 2- Catalytic converter moniters won` turn on any suggestions. Computer was rebuilt

Have you checked the EGR and converters? What do you mean when you say the computer was rebuilt?

Sent computer to a napa auto parts store, who then sent it out to cardon in phila to be checked out and fixed

I'm not far from Phila and never heard of them. Regardless, has the EGR and converter been checked?
