My car isnt getting power to the seat, turn signals, or my door locks

I don't know where to look to fix it. But I looked and all the fuses are good. The car isn't getting power to any of those things. I don't know what's wrong with it.

There are three fuses for the door locks, one in the junction box under dash and two underhood. Also check the ground on left side of dash by kickpanel and then see if you r switch is getting power or not. For the seat there is 30 amp fuse underhod as well and it uses the same ground. Again check to see if switch is getting power. The tailights use the same ground as the other two and check underhood for a bad relay and fuses, they are there for th turn signals.
