Using rubbing alcohol

Is it safe to use rubbing alcohol in the gas somebody told me it helps the engine also have replaced an o2 sensor twice and the same codes come up p138 p139 why

Could be a wiring problem to the O2 sensor or the computer itself

No, it is not OK to use rubbing alcohol in the fuel.
