Hi, I have a c230 Kompressor, 2001 model, there is a 2-3 second delay on acceleration after I accelerate, do you know possible causes for this? Could this be the catalitic converter?

I would suggest starting by checking for trouble codes. There are too many possibilities to list and catalytic conveters would usually cause the engine to bog down instead of hesitation during hesitation.

More likely to be fuel pressure, MAF, TPS and ignition related.
