2001 Kia Sportage misfire

It was saying number 3 misfire so we changed the spark plugs and wires now it says there is a misfire in number 3 and 4 what do you think it might be and what we can do to fix it

You have to first determine if it's actually lack of spark that is causing the miss. With that kind of mileage it could be any number of things. I would probably start with a complete compression test.
