Misfire problems

I have a 2001 grand cherokee 4.0 6 cly automatic I had the motor rebuilt 2 yrs ago now after it warm's up I get a chack engine light on saying that it's misfireing on 1, 3, 5, 6 cyl's and it is.I checked the plug's there ok. Ireset the computer I just found out when you kick it into overdrive it kicks down but like there's no gas or spark like it shut off but if you let off the gas a little it run's. Could it be the computer?

What do you have for fuel pressure?
Check coil too

do you have one coil pack on it very common failure if so have it checked

Had a wrangler that had a miss fire on cyl 3, it had one long coil pack and that was bad replaced that and runs fine now.
