Hi, I have a re-occurring code that keeps coming up when my mechanic scans the car (PO136)- any idea what this could be? Both O@ sensors have been replaced as well as the flex exhaust pipe-he also says that his scanner is reading 2 codes but the PO136 is the only code that is legible to be read. Also when I remove the gas cap or get gas the CEL comes on, is it possible that the PO136 code is a faulty code? Any help would be appreciated.

If the voltage on the rear o2 is not between 400-500 millivolts, it will set the code. You need a better shop that can track this down for you. If you replaced it then the wiring or pcm may be at fault.
