It seems to be comming from the pully on the powersteering pump or the ac compressor on my driverside it makes the noise for like 5 min every morning and then goes away thien when I am at work and get off after 8 hours there is no noise it started doing it when we got rain so Idk if its getting wet if it was the tennsor it would do it all the time right? And how many miles does a belt last I got 75 thousand on the truck

Some tensiors just fail without warning while others die a slow death. My rule of thumb is if the belt ribs start cracking I replace the belt. Check the tensior and other pulleys make sure they move freely and arent damaged.
