I have a relay that I have no clue what it is for, but it has number on it. It goes to a 2001 ford mustang. The numbers on it is f0ab-14b92-aa. Ive looked all over online and I have got all kinda of anwsers. I would very much appreciate it if someone knew the anwser, its been bugging me for a long time now. Thank you

What do you need to know for? Is it off your car? Is something not working right?

Everything is going ok with the car. Ive just had it for a little while. When I found it in my car( randomly in like the glove box or some odd place) I went back to the ford dealership and they said" well if it isnt hooked up to something, its nothing to worry about and we are not sure what it is" So Ive been in the dark for a while picking my brain on what this relay goes to.

Who knows if it even belongs to car? Coulda been left there or it could be 1 that was replaced and just kept cause no place handy to dump and forgot or it's just a universal extra in case? Lots of vehicles use the same relay for different functions.

It does belong to the car, most likely was a spare the purchased or some other reason, f0ab-14b92-aa is a 5 prong relay commonly used for the fuel system but has a list of other uses. Nothing to worry about if everything is Ok. Just have a spare I guess.
