Hi have 01 reg 2.0tdi new clutch 25k ago but engine over revs in 3rd 4th 5th under hard accelaration car did have leak from intercooler pipe could oil have got into clutch, this problem only happens when engine hot

Check the clutch master cylinder push rod to pedal free play. Insufficient free play would result in partial engagement of the clutch and when fluids heats up, the clutch would be activated more resulting in slipping.
