I recently had my spark plugs, oil filter, fuel filter, coil, air filter replaced and a tune up. But I am still having issues with accelerating. My car is manual transmission and everytime I shift into gear it struggles to go faster. While at idle it shakes and stalls at times. Also if I have my air conditioner or heat on when I'm sitting at a light I smell gasoline. Help :)

Whoever did the tune-up should have noticed the shaking engine. That's a sign of a misfire. The spark plugs are only one thing that can cause a misfire. You also have to look at the spark plug wires, fuel injectors, fuel pressure, and engine mechanical problems, compression, in particular.
