Changed out heater coil the other day and now it starts up but cuts off immediately unless my foot is on the gas and runs real rough. Also the brakes are hard and non responsive. I have changed the IAR valve also but still the same result. Is there a vacume line that I am missing that got disconnected or missed somewhere?

Yes would say vacuum leak that is why rough idle and no brake assist most likely vacuum line from intake. Does Mode select work ie. Vent. Diff. Ect.

Yes. Trying to find out which vacume line is messes up cause before the heater coil everything was fine.
