2001 Ford Excursion car problems

The heat runs great in the back but it won't get hot in the front what can I do I have already changed the thermostat what else can I do?

See if the blend door actuator is getting power or not and check ground see pic. If it is it may be stuck then have a pro scan for codes if it is NOT getting power.
