2001 Dodge Truck tarnsmission or rear end?

When driving my ram, mostly in higher gears, I will experience random jerks. It feels like someone hit me in the rear end while I am traveling 45 mph or higher.

I have a fault cod for the 01 and 02 sensors? I don't know if that could be related?
