power control module

rpm is at 2000...after we change everything..air valve control..air pressure meter..oxygen sensors..according to obd2 codes we change everything...but the idle is still at 2000 do u think its the power control module is the problem...please help........

OBD codes do not tell you to change parts. They tell you about specific situations that need to be further analyzed to determine the cause. Idle speed is controlled by metering air flow into the engine so if you have an air leak anywhere that allows unmetered air into the engine, it will cause idle speed problems.
