Engine light on/off code says, #6 cylinder misfire, whats wrong?

2001 chrysler concorde engine light on/off. Code says #6 cylinder misfire, what's wrong? I've taken the car to get fixed on several occasions. I've done a tune-up, replaced a coil, and it's had a diagnostic and there is no injector pulse.

If there is no injector pulse, that is why there is a misfire. You need to check the wiring to the #6 injector for breaks (open circuits). Also, check the large wiring harness to the PCM to make sure the pin for that injector hasn't pushed in.
