Can't switch out of 4x drive

4 wheel stuck on 2001 Chevy Silverado. What could be the cause and how can I fix it?

Start by checking the actuator on the transfer case. Make sure it is getting power. If there is power, remove the actuator and check it for operation. If there is no power, trace the wiring back to the relay then the switch for electrical issues.
