Temp gauge pegged at 100 (low), fan comes on and runs continuously while driving, but shuts off when engine off. Motor is not running hot. Sensor, relay, fuse, computer?

I would suspect the temp sensor.

Gauge is either disconnected from sensor or sensor is open. Less likely is the gauge cluster is the problem.
