2000 Toyota Echo OMD2

My vehicle's connector seems not to have any Juice. My OMD2 says "not connected" when I plug in my scanner. Scanner works fine in my other vehicle. Thanks!

Check efi fuse underhood then check for apoor connection at aldl or pcm.
